Refund | Re-issue Policy – Elite Flight
Flight
- Elite Flight follows the respective airline’s cancellation and reissue policy.
- To cancel or reissue a flight ticket, travelers must contact Elite Flight at least 48 hours prior to the travel date. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge, as per the airline’s rules.
- To proceed, please call us at +8801707011448-450 or +8801711744253. Our team will assist you and process the request upon your confirmation.
- Cancellation and reissue fees, along with a standard service charge, may apply according to the airline’s policy. These fees are subject to change at any time.
- Elite Flight does not charge any additional service fees beyond those quoted by the airline.
- For payments made through EMI, the applicable EMI fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method and may take 1 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
- Note: The convenience charge is non-refundable.
Hotel
- Elite Flight follows the individual hotel property’s cancellation and date change policy.
- To cancel a hotel booking, travelers must send a request via email to info@eliteflight.net. Cancellations are processed only via email.
- A cancellation fee may apply based on the hotel’s policy and the timing of the cancellation.
- Date change may be allowed, but it depends entirely on the specific hotel’s policy. Requests must also be made via email, and a service charge will apply.
- Bookings during blackout dates are non-changeable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
- In addition to hotel charges, a service charge of BDT 1,500 is applicable for any cancellation or date change.
- For payments made via EMI, the applicable EMI fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 1 to 5 working days.
