By using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Elite Flight reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement with our services will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
General Disclaimer
- Elite Flight is a government-approved and IATA-accredited travel agency.
- We do not own any travel products such as airlines, hotels, or transport services. We act solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies).

- Market conditions, government policies, or airline regulations may change without notice, which may cause information to become outdated or unavailable.
- In the event of any dispute or service issue, Elite Flight will assist customers in accordance with the standard policies of the service provider.
Booking Terms
- All bookings are made directly with the named service provider. Elite Flight facilitates these bookings on behalf of the client.
- Before confirming a booking, the client must review and agree to the specific terms and conditions of the service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, transport company, etc.).
- Elite Flight is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by delays, cancellations, overbookings, or other service-related issues beyond our control.
- All prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier policies.
Payment Terms
- All bookings must be paid in full within the time frame provided by Elite Flight to secure reservations.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other approved payment methods.
- Elite Flight may verify the authenticity of the payment source to prevent unauthorized use.
- Any bank or payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer.
- A convenience or processing fee may be applicable depending on the payment method and will be disclosed in advance.
Cancellation, Re-Issue & Refund Policy
- All cancellations, re-issues, or changes are subject to the policies of the respective service provider.
- Elite Flight does not charge an additional service fee for cancellations or re-issues unless stated otherwise.
- Customers must inform Elite Flight at least 48 hours before the travel date to process cancellations or changes.
- Refunds will be processed as per the supplier’s policy. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary (generally 5–10 working days).
- Service charges, convenience fees, and any third-party fees are non-refundable.
- In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions), the standard refund policy may not apply.
Client Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal information (full name, passport details, contact details) as required by the service provider.
- Any errors in information provided by the customer that result in additional charges will be borne by the customer.
- Passengers must ensure they meet all visa, immigration, and health requirements for their travel. Elite Flight will assist with information but is not responsible for visa rejections or entry denials.
Limitation of Liability
- Elite Flight will act in good faith to resolve any issues between the customer and the service provider.
- However, Elite Flight will not be liable for delays, losses, injuries, damages, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: airline schedule changes, government actions, strikes, or acts of God.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
